DONATE 2% to ASOCIATIA INIMA COPIILOR / The Heart of Children Association

For Romanian tax payers.
We don't know how many people would donate large amounts, but we definitely know that there are many of you who, by donating little amounts, will do very much for our children.

Ask the state to redirect to the Asociatia "Inima Copiilor" / The "Heart of Children" Association 2% of the yearly income tax That you already paid! Fill in and send until May 17th form 230 (for salary taxes) or form 200 (for other incomes).

	How do you do it: 1. Download the forms, which are already filled in with our Association's data

	or, if you gathered several forms, you can send them to us and we will take care. The address is: str. Anastasie Panu nr. 30, bloc A16, sc. A, ap 10 Sector 3, Bucuresti, România Cod postal: 031166 The deadline for sending in the forms in on May 17th, 2010, later entries will be disregarded. According to Government Ruling No.92/2003, art.11, alin (4), the receivers of the amounts cannot receive data regarding the "identity of any physical or legal entity". We therefore kindly ask the donors, if they so desire, to let us know that they redirected these amounts to our Association.
